Within the Caparol Group, protecting the environment has always played a vital role.
Investment in state of the art production facilities ensures environmental protection begins at raw material delivery and continues throughout all the production processes. Minimising water and material waste, maintaining clean air and reducing noise pollution are continually a focus.
Since October 2003 all our production worldwide has been officially certified DIN EN ISO 14001, the official international standard for environmental management. By satisfying this criteria, the company commits itself to the laws and regulations governing environmental protection. Simultaneously, Caparol assumes in-house responsibility to continually improve its preventative measures for environmental protection,
In addition to protecting the environment during productions processes, Caparol aims to further protect by providing products that are not harmful during application. A vast majority of the Caparol paint range has now been developed “emission minimised and solvent free” subsequently limiting any potential to harm the environment with airborne omissions. |
